What We Do

What is Innovation?

Innovation is “A mindset and process that help you solve problems creatively."  --  IDEO

Over the years, companies and organizations like IDEO, Google, and Stanford have all developed their own version of an intentional process that harnesses creativity, strategy, and collaboration to produce some of the most innovative products, services, technologies, and processes of our time.

This series of best practices have been since been classified as the innovation process. Each organization has their own unique bent, but all are common in creating cutting-edge results and shaping culture. 

How We Help SE

We facilitate an innovation process for teams and initiatives to move further and faster, as well as assist with the launch and implementation of major initiatives. 

We want to help wreck the roof through ministry innovations.

Some example scenarios:
•  How can we help a local mission partner distribute more food more regularly to impoverished areas?

• How can we more efficiently check in families to SE Kids programs to avoid long lines?

• How can we get more digital discussion content into the hands of small groups leaders?

Our Process

We guide participants through a set process in order to move teams and initiatives further and faster. We lead participants through stages of discovery, design, and delivery. 

Within those stages participants widen their perspectives, define key questions and needs of an audience, ideate and brainstorm ideas that create new solutions, prototype physical representations of lead ideas, and then test their ideas with customers to gain user feedback.

Our innovation sessions can last anywhere from 1-5 days, depending on the problem that is being solved.
